Tinubu nominates new NDDC board members for Ondo, Cross River

President Tinubu has approved the immediate appointment of Hon. Otito Atikase as the new nominee representing Ondo State in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). He replaces Mr. Victor Akinjo, who has been relieved of his position.

The President has also approved the immediate appointment of Rt. Hon. Orok Otu Duke as the new nominee representing Cross River State in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). He replaces Mr. Asi Oku Okang, who has been relieved of his position.

The President’s decision to replace the nominees was announced in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, in Abuja on Friday.

According to the statement, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku, the immediate past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the NDDC, has been reappointed to a second term. However, he will remain in an acting capacity until the Senate confirms his reappointment.
