The nomination was disclosed on Thursday by presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga, who stated that it has been forwarded to the Senate for screening and confirmation.
“The nomination has been transmitted to the Senate for screening and confirmation in accordance with the Constitution,” the statement read.
