A picture of a serving Nigerian senator kneeling before a former governor of Delta State, James Ibori has surfaced on the internet.
The senator, identified as James Manager is representing Delta South Senatorial District and elected on the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). He became a Senator in 2003.
