Peace Above All (@_…): As far back as mid-90s when I knew a local bakery close to my street, this has been how those bread (the ones you see transported on bike or sold with “funny looking” cars) are made. It was later than some rich folks started investing in baking machines that produced a more hygienic bread. However, if you are a student on campus and you buy bread at local shop close to campus, be sure that more than 80% of your bread is made like this. Very poor hygienic control.
