The wife of Babcock University lecturer, Dr Seun Ebiesuwa, has accused him of physically assaulting her during a disagreement concerning their children.

She made the allegation in a video, claiming the incident occurred after Ebiesuwa took their children from her father’s residence.

According to her, she went to confront him and found him packing the children’s belongings.

She alleged that Ebiesuwa moved towards her during the confrontation, prompting her to ask him to step back before she shoved him. She claimed he then grabbed her and punched her in the face.

“Then he grabbed me, and then I tried to fight him off, and then he threw a punch. He threw a punch on my face. A punch,” she said.

The woman further alleged that her estranged husband continued punching her until her brothers intervened and forced him out of the house.

“He kept throwing punches until my brothers came through, intervened and sent him out of the house,” she added.

Here is some of the reaction:

Nathaniel Adetona @natwizzy4real: If Dr. Seun Ebiesuwa can do this to the wife what can’t he do to the children, Babcock university needs to address this situation before their names go to the mud my candid advice.

ProudlyOK @jose66542: I understand the need to deal with this rightly? But what happened to lodging formal complaint against him using the police, DV institutions in the State and also the school authority since he’s a lecturer there? The best she can get is for online activitists criticize the anyhow husband but doubt that would change more for her and her child. She needs to back this up with a formal complaint ASAP.

Big Kharlifa Dinero @BigKharlifa: You no do video before you tried to fight him off oo na after you don see consequences of it you come dey do video dey play victim card here. Go police station go make statement no dey disturb person here Nigeria has enough problems already. Mtcheeew!

𝐂𝐇𝐔𝐍𝐎 𝕩 @therealchuno: if the marriage no work Park and go no be by force..

Don Creative @DaRealest9ja : Why should your children be in your father’s house when they have a father?

Naija 2Cape blog @naija2cape_blog: The children didn’t choose this fight. Taking kids from one house, then turning the aftermath into a public video, just puts them in the middle of two adults who should have used the police and the courts instead of their fists and timelines. Whatever the full story is, the kids are the ones who lose either way.

Mega Reigns. @mfonisoa61: Na so them go take sack this one. God abeg oo. Give me the grace to control my temper.

Ijoba Of Oshodi: @chuks_baby: Until we hear from the man cox alot don happen bfor our eyes on this App How many of you remember that girl wey dey cry dey weep say dem use RAZOR.

@scofield58238: So we are all gonna fall for this right? Never not me You went to fight him off knowing fully well you cant beat or overpower him, so u expect him to act a fool like your father who houses another man’s kids in his own house. You and ur family dey craze, until ur husby speak.
