[TRENDING VIDEO] Outrage as Police shooting in Port Harcourt leaves multiple dead after car crash

Social media has been buzzing following a tragic incident in Port Harcourt where a police officer allegedly shot a young driver along Ada-George Road around 5 p.m after the vehicle was flagged down and refused to stop.

The gunshot caused the driver to lose control of the Lexus car, veering off the road and striking pedestrians, resulting in multiple deaths with totals varying between three and four casualties.

Furious residents at the scene confronted the officer and disarmed him before backup arrived, amid claims that the driver was the son of a prominent local politician.

The Rivers State Police Command has not yet commented, while intense public outrage and calls for a thorough investigation continue to grow online.
