[TRENDING VIDEO] Outrage as video exposes Police officer allegedly impaired by ‘Colorado’ on duty
Social media has been buzzing following a viral video capturing an unsteady police officer in his uniform who appears drunk and allegedly high on the synthetic drug known as Colorado, while another person or colleague in a green poncho/nylon wrapper tries to shield him and block the camera view.
While the other officer was trying to shield the colleague who seemed drunk, a man was heard filming and saying that this is the face of the officer. He noted that the other officer was telling him not to video, pointing out that when the intoxicated officer was trying to harass him, he never said anything, but now that he is trying to document it, they are telling him to stop. He further stated that they are the ones spoiling the image of the Nigerian government.
The incident has sparked widespread online controversy, with many users condemning the unprofessional behavior of law enforcement officers using illicit substances while on duty, while others debate accountability on both sides.

Corruption, brutality, extortion and abuse of power must be confronted. But citizens too must look in the mirror.
