The renowned Urhobo musician, Chief Daniel Iriferi, widely recognized as Chief Sally Young, has passed away at the age of 91.

According to reports, the esteemed Urhobo musician, originally from Abraka in Ethiope East Local Government Area of Delta State, reportedly passed away on Sunday following a short illness.

Throughout the 70s, 80s, 90s, and early 2000s, the Urhobo music icon captivated audiences with his hit tracks including ‘Oko Oko’ and ‘Weji Vwe Vwo’, among others.
