Ayodeji Balogun, also known as Wizkid, a global music icon, has postponed his highly anticipated “More Love, Less Ego” tour.
Big Wiz revealed this on Wednesday via a statement posted on his social media platforms, citing logistical difficulties.
The artiste said that the tour has been rescheduled for the fall season, which is September through December 2023, however he did not provide specific dates.
“Due to unforeseen logistical circumstances the Wizkid – More Love, Less Ego Tour has been postponed to Fall 2023.
“All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled shows will be honored on the new dates at the respective venues. Stay tuned for more information,” the statement read.
The Toyota Center in Houston was supposed to host the opening night of the “MLLE” tour on March 3. Other North American cities where the singer was scheduled to perform include Dallas, Orlando, Miami, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Montreal, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Seattle, and San Francisco.
