The defendant, whose address is unknown, was charged with three counts of assault, breach of peace, and felony.

The Police Prosecutor, Zedekiah Orogbemi, informed the court that on August 19, at approximately 10 am, in Igodan, Okitipupa, within the jurisdiction of Okitipupa Magisterial District, the defendant engaged in a felony.

Furthermore, the surety must be a resident within the court’s jurisdiction and must present evidence of two years’ worth of tax payments to the state government.
