Governor Henry Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa state as appointed 33-year-old Ibarakumo otobotekere, from Tombia community in Bayelsa state, as Youth commissioner. This move has received wild jubilation as it is seen as a new development which will allow youths participate in governance.
Ibarakumo otobotekere was born on 27th May, 1984, and he is a student of Political science at the Imo State University.
He is currently in the race for the chairmanship of Yenagoa capital city.
