Tonye Cole, the state’s All Progressives Congress governorship candidate, has been disqualified by a Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State’s capital.

The state’s PDP has asked INEC to disqualify Cole of the APC, claiming that the delegates who voted in the candidate’s primary election were not democratically elected.
