Oshiomhole reacts to Shaibu’s APC return

Senator Adams Oshiomhole has termed Philip Shaibu’s comeback to the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the “nature of politics”.

Shaibu, Edo State’s reinstated deputy governor, is Oshiomhole’s political prodigy, having previously served as governor of the South-South state.

After Governor Godwin Obaseki and Shaibu were elected for a second term, they split from the APC and joined the Peoples Democratic Party.

Despite returning to the APC following a falling out with Obaseki, Oshiomhole, speaking on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics, said Shaibu’s actions are normal in politics.
