Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has arrived in Benin City, Edo State, for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) final rally ahead of the gubernatorial election on September 21.
He was accompanied by Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
On Saturday, a post on the party’s official X account revealed that Atiku, along with several PDP governors, National Working Committee (NWC) members, and other national leaders, visited the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Sir Chief Dr. Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, at his residence in Benin City.
