Amusan makes strong comeback, secures Diamond League Trophy in Oregon

Nigerian sprint sensation Tobi Amusan has secured the Diamond League trophy for the third consecutive time.

Amusan, on Sunday night in Oregon, claimed victory in the fiercely competitive 100m hurdles event with an impressive time of 12.33 seconds.

This follows a discouraging performance in Budapest.

Following this achievement, Amusan etches her name in Diamond League history as only the second woman, after Dawn Nelson-Harper, to secure a hat-trick of 100m hurdles titles.
