Former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is set to face YouTube personality Jake Paul in a professional boxing match in the United States next month.
The announcement was made today, Monday, by Matchroom Boxing.
Britain’s Joshua, 36, a two-time unified heavyweight champion, will square off against the YouTuber-turned-boxer at the Kaseya Center in Miami.
The contest is scheduled for eight rounds, each lasting three minutes.
This bout serves as a replacement for Paul, who was originally slated to face lightweight star Gervonta Davis in an exhibition match earlier this month, which was subsequently cancelled.
Former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua will fight YouTube star Jake Paul in a professional bout on 19 December.
Paul, 28, defeated heavyweight legend Mike Tyson in Texas in November 2024.
Joshua has not competed since his IBF title fight loss to fellow Brit Daniel Dubois at Wembley in September of last year.
