Fulham took the lead against the run of play, with Raul Jimenez scoring his sixth goal of the season. The forward latched onto Kenny Tete’s pass down the line and fired past David Raya from a tight angle.
Arsenal, aiming to capitalize on the postponement of Liverpool’s Merseyside derby against Everton, struggled to create clear chances in the first half, managing just one shot on target through Saka.
Mikel Arteta’s side found an equalizer six minutes into the second half through a well-executed corner routine, with William Saliba converting Kai Havertz’s knockdown.
Despite dominating the game thereafter, Arsenal struggled to break through Fulham’s resolute defense.
