Serie A side Atalanta have agreed a deal in the region of £10m with Everton for defender Ben Godfrey.
Godfrey is expected to travel to Milan on Friday to undergo a medical with Atalanta, who were last season’s Europa League winners.
Earlier reports indicated that Godfrey had a potential £10m move to Atalanta fall through in January.

Previously, French club Lyon had made a bid of £12.7m for the 26-year-old.
Godfrey joined Everton from Norwich for £25m in 2020 and has since made 93 appearances for the Toffees, including 16 last season.
He is now entering the final 12 months of his contract at Goodison Park.
