CAF confirms Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania CHAN 2024 hosts

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced on Thursday that Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania will co-host the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN).

The tournament is scheduled to take place from February 1 to February 28, 2025.

CAF indicated that the specific host stadiums and training venues will be confirmed in due course.

The qualifiers will begin with the first round during the weekend of October 25-27 and November 1-3, 2024.

The second round of qualifiers is set for December 20-22 and December 27-29, 2024.

In addition to their automatic qualification as hosts, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania will also compete in the qualifiers.
