Doku, Lukaku, De Bruyne named in Belgium’s World Cup squad

Belgium have officially unveiled their squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup scheduled to take place in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Star players including Kevin De Bruyne, Thibaut Courtois, Romelu Lukaku, and Jeremy Doku were all included in the squad, while Carrasco and Opebda failed to make the final list.

The Belgian national team, currently ranked ninth in the FIFA World Rankings, will be participating in the World Cup for the 15th time. Their best performance at the tournament remains the third-place finish achieved in 2018.
