Eberechi Eze finished off a significant week by contributing a goal and an assist as a sharp Crystal Palace defeated London rivals Fulham 3-0 on Saturday, securing their spot in the FA Cup semifinals.

The winger, who netted his first goal for England on Monday, delivered a stunning opener against the momentum of the game in the 34th minute, stunning the home supporters.

Just four minutes later, Eze’s cross from the left was headed in by Ismaila Sarr, giving Palace a commanding lead.

Much of the second half unfolded in Palace’s defensive third as Fulham sought to mount a response, but the hosts struck again when substitute Eddie Nketiah found the net with a shot past Bernd Leno in the 75th minute.

While Oliver Glasner’s Palace can now look forward to a semifinal at Wembley with hopes of winning the FA Cup for the first time in club history, Fulham will focus on aiming for a European spot through their performance in the Premier League.
