Nottingham Forest captain Morgan Gibbs-White has been awarded the Premier League Player of the Month for April following a string of impressive displays.
He registered four goals and one assist in just three appearances, highlighted by a rapid 15-minute hat-trick during Forest’s 4-1 comeback victory over Burnley. He also contributed a goal and an assist in a dominant 5-0 win against Sunderland.

His form played a key role in helping Forest distance themselves further from the relegation battle, with the club now sitting six points clear of the bottom three.
Gibbs-White is only the second Nottingham Forest player to receive the honour, after Chris Wood achieved the feat last year.
