Thousands of fans celebrated in the streets of Madrid after Spain returned home to a royal welcome as Euro 2024 champions.
Spain secured their record fourth European title by defeating England 2-1 in Sunday’s final in Berlin.
The team traveled from Germany to the Spanish capital on Monday, where they first met with Spain’s King Felipe VI and his family.
The celebrations continued in the city as supporters gathered at Cibeles Square and lined the streets for Spain’s open-top bus parade, eagerly anticipating the chance to see their heroes and the Henri Delaunay Trophy.
