The 20-man shortlist for the prestigious 2024 Golden Boy Award was unveiled on Thursday evening.
Among the talented young players included are Lamine Yamal from Barcelona, Kobbie Mainoo from Manchester United, and Savinho, currently on loan at Girona from Manchester City.
The Golden Boy Award, created to recognize the best footballer under the age of 21, is a highly sought-after honor that players can only win once in their careers.
Real Madrid’s Jude Bellingham, the current holder of the award, set a high benchmark with his outstanding performances last year.
The winner will be announced at a ceremony in Turin on December 17.
