Nigerian winger David Akintola is close to sealing a move to English Championship side Hull City.
Akintola is currently a free agent after his contract with Turkish Super Lig club Çaykur Rizespor expired.
The 29-year-old, known for his versatility in attack, is expected to sign a two-year deal with the English club.

Although newly promoted Turkish side Gençlerbirliği expressed interest in signing him, Akintola opted for a switch to England instead.
He joined Rizespor from fellow Turkish side Adana Demirspor in January 2024 and went on to score three goals and provide five assists in 36 appearances across all competitions.
Akintola began his professional journey with FC Midtjylland in Denmark and has since had spells in Norway and Cyprus.
