Inter Milan, the renowned Italian football club, is expressing interest in the young talent Karim Konate from Ivory Coast as the winter transfer window approaches.

This teenage sensation has attracted attention from numerous European clubs due to his impressive debut in the Austrian Bundesliga with Red Bull Salzburg.

The player targeted by Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur has scored eight goals in 13 league matches and an additional two in the OFB Cup.

Inter Milan’s Chief Executive Officer, Beppe Moratta, has revealed the club’s interest in securing the services of the striker.

“We’re fans of Konate,” he told FC Inter News, as quoted by sempreinter.com.

“But we’re not the only team with an interest in him,” he added.

The Nerazzurri will encounter competition from London-based clubs Arsenal and Tottenham, alongside Crystal Palace and West Ham United. Moratta is cognizant of the challenge posed by the UEFA Champions League finalist.

“We have a budget that allows us to respect certain objectives,” he continued.

“Getting out of the group is one of those objectives. We have to look at the sporting side but also at the financial side. We’re very happy with how things have been going in this group,” he added.

At the age of 19, Konate has already participated in eight matches for the Ivory Coast national team, according to transfermarkt.
