Raul Jimenez converted two penalties as Fulham twice fought back to secure a 2-2 draw against Ipswich Town at Craven Cottage.

Sammie Szmodics opened the scoring for the visitors seven minutes before half-time, but Jimenez equalized from the spot midway through the second half after Harry Wilson was fouled in the box.

Ipswich quickly regained the lead when Liam Delap won and converted a penalty two minutes later.

However, Jimenez had the final say in stoppage time, calmly dispatching his second penalty after being fouled, bringing his Premier League goal tally to eight and earning Fulham a point.

Fulham controlled much of the first half and created an early chance when Calvin Bassey, pushed into an advanced role by Marco Silva, delivered a cross to Jimenez, whose close-range header was saved by Christian Walton.

Despite Fulham’s dominance, Ipswich struck first in the 38th minute against the run of play. Liam Delap set up Leif Davis, whose cross found Ben Johnson.

After Johnson’s header hit the bar and a scramble ensued, Szmodics fired a deflected shot off Bassey and past Bernd Leno.

The hosts drew level in the 69th minute when Sam Morsy brought down Wilson in the box.

VAR confirmed the penalty, and Jimenez confidently slotted the ball into Walton’s left corner.

Ipswich regained the lead moments later as Delap beat Timothy Castagne to the ball and won a penalty, which he powered past Leno.

The visitors nearly extended their advantage when substitute Jack Clarke hit the post, but Fulham continued pressing for a second equalizer.

Their persistence paid off in stoppage time when Jimenez won a penalty after being fouled by Davis. The Mexican forward stepped up and delivered a composed finish into the top-right corner, ensuring Fulham shared the points.
