Joao Felix scored twice as Barcelona started this season’s UEFA Champions League, Barcelona dominated with a resounding 5-0 victory against Belgian club Royal Antwerp at the Estadio Olympic on Tuesday night.
Xavi’s team secured a three-goal lead within the first 23 minutes, courtesy of goals from Joao Felix and Robert Lewandowski, along with an own goal from Jelle Bataille.
Gavi scored the fourth goal, followed by Felix securing his second after halftime, providing Barcelona’s campaign with an ideal beginning.
The La Liga champions faced elimination in the group stage in their previous two Champions League campaigns.
