After being reintroduced to the first squad following a contract issue, Kylian Mbappe came on as a substitute for Paris Saint-Germain early in the second half of Saturday’s Ligue 1 encounter at Toulouse.
The France captain had not played for PSG since the first of the club’s pre-season friendly on July 21, and had missed last weekend’s 0-0 draw against Lorient in the first round of fixtures.
He replaced South Korean Lee Kang-in in the 51st minute of a 0-0 tie against Toulouse.
Mbappe was not invited to the pre-season tour in Japan and South Korea and was forced to train with players the club is seeking to get rid of after refusing to sign a contract extension with PSG.
