AC Milan has reportedly run into difficulties in the pursuit of Villarreal and Nigeria international, Samuel Chukwueze.
Villarreal is asking for €30m to sell Chukwueze that the Milan team deemed too much given he has just a year left on his deal.
However, Milan has a plan B in Mehdi Taremi from Porto, who would fill the last non-EU spot as a striker.
Similarly, the Milan giant is also considering opting out on a deal for Valencia’s Yunus Musah.
Milan made an offer to Valencia in the €16m region which was not enough and has not been increased.
The Rossoneri have an agreement with the player over personal terms at €2m net per year, but the LaLiga side is proving to be tough to crack.
