Moses visits Fulham ahead of likely move
Fulham has indicated interest in signing Chelsea’s out-of-favour player Victor Moses ahead of Crystal Palace and Cardiff. The Ex-Super Eagles’ star has been touring Craven Cottage ahead of a possible move to the club.
Aside from Moses, Coach Claudio Ranieri is looking to link up with his former Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater, who like Moses, has not seen action under Coach Maurizio Sarri of Chelsea.
According to westlondonsport.com, Fulham is said to have shown the pair around the club’s training ground in an effort to convince them to make the move.
These could be fine signings by Fulham to aid their survival hopes, with their squad perhaps in need of more Premier League experience and know-how.
While defender Cahill has fallen out of favour at Chelsea in recent times and Drinkwater never really looked good enough for the Blues from day one, they could no doubt still do a job in the top flight for a lower-level club.
Moses is somewhat unfortunate to have fallen out of favour since Maurizio Sarri replaced Antonio Conte as manager, having been one of the stars of Chelsea’s title-winning squad less than two years ago.
