Saka to become Arsenal’s highest-paid player, ninth in EPL with new long-term contract

Arsenal player, Bukayo Saka, is set to sign a new long-term contract with the football club.

While Saka’s present contract is due to expire in the summer of 2024, Arsenal is hopeful the winger extend it to 2028.

With the deal, he is expected to earn four times his current salary and become the Gunners’ highest-paid player.

According to reports from the Daily Mail, Saka is expected to sign a new contract worth £300,000-per-week, which will make him the highest-paid player at Arsenal. This is a significant increase from his current weekly wage of £70,000.

Saka’s current contract was due to expire in the summer of 2024, but the club is keen to tie him down to a long-term deal. The 19-year-old has been a key player for Arsenal this season, contributing three goals and four assists in the Premier League.

He has started every match for Arsenal in England’s top tier this season, scoring an impressive 12 goals and recording 11 assists.
