The Governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf, and Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa, exchanging greetings at a meeting has stirred reactions after a video of the encounter went viral.

The footballer recently had a meeting with the governor and a former governor of the state, Rabiu Kwankwaso.

In the viral video, Ahmed responded when the former governor extended his hand for a handshake, but he did not shake hands with Governor Musa, who had his hand out for a few minutes.

While some social media users interpret Musa’s actions as a sign of respect for the governor, others view it as disrespectful.
