The Super Eagles of Nigeria have departed for Libya for the return leg of their Africa Cup of Nations qualification match against the Mediterranean Knights on Tuesday.
A video shared on the team’s social media accounts on Sunday captured the players boarding a bus from their hotel to the airport, as well as their arrival at the airport to catch a flight to the North African country.
In the first encounter, held at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, the Eagles fought hard to break through the Libyan defense, ultimately securing a victory.

Lazio midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru came off the bench to score for the three-time African champions in a match where the Libyans largely camped in their half for most of the 90 minutes, defending tenaciously.
Dele-Bashiru, who replaced Alex Iwobi in the 74th minute, found the net in the 86th minute, skillfully connecting with a low cross from Moses Simon.
His goal broke the resilience of the Mediterranean Knights, who employed various tactics, including time-wasting, to keep the Nigerians at bay.
Currently, Nigeria leads Group D with seven points from three matches, while Benin Republic closely follows with six points. Rwanda and Libya trail behind with two and one point, respectively.
Nigeria will face the Libyans again in the return leg on Tuesday at Benina Martyrs Stadium in Libya.
