The Super Eagles have unveiled their starting lineup for tonight’s crucial 2026 World Cup CAF playoff final against DR Congo in Rabat, Morocco.

The decisive match kicks off at 8 p.m. Nigerian time at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium and will determine who moves on to next March’s intercontinental playoff, where a final opportunity awaits to claim one of the remaining World Cup slots for the expanded 48-team tournament in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Nigeria advanced to the final after a thrilling 4–1 extra-time win over Gabon in Thursday’s semi-final at the Moulay El Hassan Stadium. Akor Adams gave the Eagles the lead in the 78th minute, but Gabon’s Mario Lemina pushed the match into extra time with an 89th-minute equaliser.

During extra time, the Super Eagles took control. Victor Osimhen struck twice in the 93rd and 101st minutes, and Chidera Ejuke added a fourth goal in the 105th minute to seal the victory.

DR Congo secured their spot with a 1–0 triumph over Cameroon earlier in the day at the Al Barid Stadium. Captain Chancel Mbemba nodded in a stoppage-time winner after a tense, rain-drenched contest.
