Actor Alesh Sanni seeks support for colleague, Bisola Badmus struggling with brain tumour

Nollywood actor Alesh Sanni has appealed to his colleagues and the general public to show support for actress Bisola Badmus, who is presently undergoing treatment for a life-threatening illness.

The appeal follows Badmus’ tearful admission in an interview that she has been battling a brain tumour for the previous three years.

Badmus talked on the terrible toll the sickness has had on her life, including a time when she was blind and could not recognise anyone.

Her interview has brought attention to her ongoing battle with the illness, evoking empathy and concern from both coworkers and fans.

In response, Sanni took to Instagram to express his concern for Badmus and urge the Nollywood industry not to wait until it’s too late before offering help.

He recalled previously hearing about her illness and contributing to her cause but emphasized that more support is still needed. Sanni said:

“I saw a video of Bisola Badmus, and I heard about it last year. I sent my token, but I still think she needs help.”

“Guys, please help me help her. No amount is small. Do not allow someone to die before we start contributing to them.”
