Renowned Nigerian musician, Innocent Ujah Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, expressed his concern about feeling overshadowed by the achievements of emerging artists, which has seemingly diminished his established status in the industry.
Praising the accomplishments of the emerging artists, the singer behind ‘African Queen,’ 2Baba, pledged to make a comeback to the limelight this year.

On his Instagram page, he wrote: “Mennn! These new cats are not smiling o. I don turn to upcoming artist o. Chai!
“But as dem talk am, we no go gree for anybody this year. Na kitchen [studio] I dey lai dis.”
