At a time celebrities’ marriages are breaking up, some celebrities have been fortunate to have a strong marriage. Though some keep mum about their marital problems ,others decide to make it a messy affair by washing their dirty linens in public.
In a recent interview, popular comedian Basketmouth and his wife, Elsie opens up on their 5- year marital journey.
Speaking in an encounter with Wedding Channel TV, Elsie said:“Our first five years in marriage has been bitter and sweet. You know that marriage is not a bed of roses”.
Basketmouth added: “Our bad times have been better than a lot of marriages I have seen”.
The comedian revealed that he was angry when his wife gave him a wrong number when they initially met.
“I was pissed off when I met my wife because she gave me a wrong number”.
Asked about the first impression he had about her,Basketmouth said:“First impression, I thought she was beautiful, which was the only reason I walked up to her”.
On what will make them divorce, Elsie said divorce is not an option for them.
“Divorce is not an option for us. I like this guy too much.He is extremely hard working, devoted father and he is a loving guy with plenty wahala”
