Nigerian Afropop singer Oxlade has offered financial assistance to a woman who gained a lot of attention for demonstrating with an empty pot during the #EndBadGovernance protests, which began on August 1st.

One woman among the demonstrators caught attention when she showed up holding an empty pot to symbolise her troubles with hunger and scarcity of food.
Her picture quickly went popular on social media, inspiring a great deal of concern and sympathy from online users.
Unexpectedly, Nigerian singer Oxlade addressed the issue on the well-known microblogging site, Twitter.
He posted a picture of the woman and said he would like to contribute financially.
