The Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu joined models on the runway at the 2026 Lagos Fashion Week (LFW).

The governor wore a regal off-white outfit styled by Ugo Monye. The ensemble featured a blend of caftan and kimono designs, complemented by a beige fedora hat for a relaxed yet sophisticated look.

Sanwo-Olu confidently made his way down the runway, exchanging peace signs and occasional knowing nods with the enthusiastic audience gathered to watch the show.

The 2026 edition of Lagos Fashion Week, themed “CRAFTED: Heritage”, commenced last Wednesday at the Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos and is scheduled to conclude on Sunday.
