Renowned American singer Kanye West is facing a lawsuit for purported assault and battery filed by a fan who sought an autograph from him.

According to reports, the individual seeking an autograph stated that the incident took place in 2022 in DTLA.

The man asserted that, after demanding an apology from the singer, Kanye West responded with “Apology for what?” before purportedly assaulting him multiple times, resulting in severe injuries.

According to the claimant, one of Kanye’s associates attempted to intervene to halt the attack, but Kanye allegedly retorted, “go to the fucking house and get my fucking kids.”

“Kanye screamed, ‘I’m going to make a fucking example of you’, before hitting me with a punch to the face.”

The individual is filing a lawsuit seeking damages, alleging that he has experienced emotional distress due to the assault.

Additionally, his wife is pursuing legal action against Kanye West, asserting a loss of consortium, contending that she has been deprived of her husband’s companionship as a consequence of the incident.
