A former model identified as Crystal McKinney has filed a lawsuit alleging that in 2003, drugged and sexually attacked her by troubled American rapper and business magnate Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The events that took place between McKinney and the rapper were described in a filing filed on Tuesday at the federal district court in Manhattan. McKinney is currently the sixth individual to accuse Diddy of sexual assault.

She stated that she went to a Men’s Fashion Week event at Cipriani Downtown in New York, where she met Diddy.

McKinney, who was 22 at the time, claimed in the lawsuit that the rapper asked her to the New York City location where he and several other males were smoking marijuana and drinking beer.

McKinney said she was offered a joint, which she later came to believe had been laced with a “narcotic or other intoxicating substance”.

After she “insisted that she had enough,” she said Combs pressured her to continue drinking and smoking and “demanded” she follow him to the bathroom.

She alleged that the rapper forced himself on her, began kissing her, shoved her head down to his crotch, and commanded her to “suck it”.

She claimed that she refused, alleging that Diddy “pushed my head down and forced oral sex”.

McKinney claimed that after losing consciousness, she understood she had been sexually attacked when she awoke in a taxi.

She said that as a result, she was shunned by the modelling industry, experienced extreme depression, and made an attempt at suicide in 2004.

McKinney stated that after Cassie, Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, and other women filed lawsuits, she “knew she had a moral obligation to speak up.”

When Cassie accused the rapper of rape, abuse, and human trafficking during their ten-year relationship, the rapper made headlines for the first time in November 2023. Nevertheless, the action was settled out of court the day it was filed.

Shortly after his case with Cassie, Diddy was accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed in the Manhattan supreme court. A woman named Joi Dickerson-Neal accused Diddy of drugging and raping her when she was a college student at Syracuse University in 1991.

A third woman, on the same day, accused the rapper of sexual assault. The lady alleged that Diddy and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall took turns raping her and a friend in New York City more than 30 years ago.

In December, Diddy was accused of sexual assault by a fourth victim. A woman accused Diddy, Harve Pierre, the former Bad Boy Entertainment president, and a third individual of sex trafficking and gang rape when she was 17.

On February 26, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Diddy, filed a lawsuit alleging that the rapper sexually harassed and drugged him.

The latest was filed on Tuesday by McKinney.
