Food critic Opeyemi Famakin recently revealed information about the misconceptions surrounding his relationship status.
Famakin stated that he was reluctant to reveal his relationship status since many girls mistakenly think they have a chance with him.
The food critic opened up about his personal life and discussed if he would marry without disclosing the identity of his wife in an open discussion on the “In A Nutshell podcast.”
“My wife’s identity would remain a mystery,” Famakin asserted.
When asked about his present relationship status, he hesitated briefly before explaining his reluctance to answer. He disclosed that he chooses to maintain his discretion due to the admiration he gets from numerous women.
He said:
“The thing is I don’t like answering the question about if I have a girlfriend because many girls think that they can get me so if I tell them that I’m in a relationship they’d say ‘I don’t like him again.’ Also if I say I’m not in a relationship, they’d be like, ‘As fine as he is, he’s not in a relationship, I don’t want him again’. So I don’t like answering that question.”
