Nollywood stars celebrate comedian A.Y at 50
Nollywood stars like Richard Mofe-Damijo, Actress Omotola Jalade-Ekehinde and Kate Henshaw, among others have celebrated their colleague Ayo Makun on his 50th birthday.
The veteran actors took to their various platforms to honour their colleague celebrating the golden jubilee on Thursday.
RMD wrote; “Happy 50th birthday AY. Na Man you be. Ire Ayo. My belle just de sweet me for you anyhow. You too much abeg. This video na for you. Na the one Wey I nor delete! I confuse to talk about you. Things many. I just love you Mehn! Happy birthday again abeg.”
Actress Omotola Jalade-Ekehinde on her part penned down a touching tribute in Ondo dialect to celebrate AY.
“Le O Omo Ondo ke ti ke? Wo de a ka payiwo Warri me fe gbo Warri mo ola te ni wa ka fi Ondo no dey dull. Damn first time writing sentences in Ondo dialect all for you.
“You’re a hard worker, known you since your Uni days when you brought me to your school and you’re still as excited, working like you just began. May all good things keep coming for you Ayo. Happy 50th,” she wrote.
“Your gift has made room for you and you never fail to acknowledge those who were there for you as you rose. May you be blessed. May you be clothed in glory.
“May you continually find grace to help in the time of need. I celebrate you always bro,” Kate Henshaw wrote.
Toyin Abraham also wished AY a happy birthday.
“Happy birthday, sir. I wish you long life, sound health, bliss, prosperity and blessings upon blessings,” she wrote.
