The popular TikTok personality, Linda Cyril, has welcomed her first child with her husband after five years of anticipation.
The social media figure, who has over two million followers on TikTok, announced the news through a series of videos shared on her Instagram page on Friday.
The clips captured key moments of her journey, from leaving home to checking into the hospital and eventually delivering her baby through a C-section.
Family and friends were seen celebrating emotionally as Linda held her newborn for the first time.
“I conquered. Thank you, Lord,” she wrote in the caption of two Instagram posts.
Linda also revealed that she faced years of ridicule, including being labelled “barren” both online and by people around her.
According to her, the criticism followed her throughout much of her marriage, even before she publicly shared her experience.
“The woman they called barren for five years has given birth oo,” she wrote.
