Tonto Dikeh publicly celebrated and prayed for her former husband, Olakunle Churchill, during their son King Andre’s 10th birthday celebration in Abuja.
In a video from the event that has since gone viral, the Nollywood actress was seen showering Churchill with prayers, speaking blessings of prosperity, protection and favour over him and his household.
“You are an amazing father, thank you so much,” she said.
“Your businesses will flourish; whoever curses you shall be cursed. I love you with the love of God.”
Dikeh also highlighted the close relationship between Churchill and their son, noting that Andre has strong affection for his father.
She went on to extend her prayers to Churchill’s entire family, including his other children, asking for growth, success and divine protection over them.
“I pray for your family. I pray for your business. I pray for all the children. They will progress. Failure will not meet them. Everything that they touch will be blessed,” she said.
“God will go before them and make every crooked path straight. Your business is replenished.”
Churchill was previously married to Dikeh in a relationship that ended publicly in 2017. Recently, however, the actress revealed that she and her former husband have finally “buried the hatchet,” bringing an end to their long-running public dispute.
In 2021, Churchill introduced Rosy Meurer, his former personal assistant, as his wife. The couple welcomed their first child in March 2021 and their second in October 2022.
In 2023, Churchill dismissed rumours suggesting problems in his marriage to Meurer.
Meurer also recently expressed the depth of her commitment to her husband, stating that she would willingly “take a bullet” for him.
