Famous Nigerian gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her husband, Pastor Blessed, have given University of Port Harcourt (Uniport) students educational assistance.
The pair made an unexpected revelation at the university during their eagerly awaited “Overwhelming Victory Concert.” They declared that they will be giving 50 youngsters scholarships.
Mercy Chinwo and Pastor Blessed spoke to the crowd and said that by providing these one-year scholarships, they were demonstrating their dedication to education.
They dedicated this benevolent act to their son, affirming their support for the academic pursuits of the recipients.
“In honor of our son, we are delighted to present these one-year educational grants to 50 students of the University of Port Harcourt,” they declared.
