There was palpable fear in Iwerele, Iwajowa Local Government Area of Oyo State, on Monday, reports emerged of a clash between the Oodua Peoples Congress, Amotekun, Operation Burst, Soludero, and a group of herders, causing concerns that a significant number of casualties might have occurred.

According to reports, a herd of herders entered a farm within the comm Burst, OPC, Amotekun, and Soludero, were called in to resolve the conflict. However, they were reportedly ambushed by the herders. The exact count of casualties is still pending confirmation.
