Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, on Wednesday absolved President Bola Tinubu of any blame over the ongoing crisis within the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Speaking as a guest on Channels Television’s Politics Today, the two-term governor described the PDP as “dead” and said he would not be part of any effort to revive the opposition party.

Fayose also revealed that several PDP governors are considering leaving the party amid the internal turmoil.

He insisted it would be unjust to hold President Tinubu responsible for the recent defections of Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah and Bayelsa State Governor Douye Diri to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
