The former chairman of Ngaski Local Government Area of Kebbi State, Hon. Hassan Garba Warra has regained his freedom from the bandits who kidnapped him three weeks ago.
Warra was kidnapped on his route to Abuja along the Tegina-Zuggeru highway in Niger State.
According to sources, Hon. Hassan Garba Warra,was said to be traveling with his personal vehicle,with his personal driver until he decides to join commercial vehicle and ordered his driver to return home.
It was gathered that the commercial vehicle Warra boarded along other passengers were attacked by bandits and they were marched into the bush.
However,Warra was sighted at Kotagora,Niger state on Friday with two of his relatives who were taking him back to be reunited with his family after his released from the bandits
In brief chat ,Warra said he could not say anything for now until when he fully settled down.
